High-Volume Industrial & Commercial Shredder for Secure Data Destruction

The XpressS20 delivers industrial-grade shredding for mechanical hard disk drives (HDDs), solid-state drives (SSDs), and flash-based media including USB drives, memory cards, and mobile devices. Built to accommodate enterprise demands, the XpressS20 is available in Standard (15 HP) and PRO (20 HP) models, with configurable shred widths and infeed options for a wide range of media types.

DIN 66399 Compliance

The XpressS20 Series meets or exceeds DIN 66399 requirements based on shred width and media type:

• H-2 to H-4 – Mechanical hard drives
• E-3 – SSDs, flash drives, memory cards
• T-1 – Magnetic tapes and backup cartridges
• O-2 – Optical media like DVDs and CDs

Smaller shred widths—such as 3/8" for SSDs and 3/4" for HDDs—meet higher DIN 66399 security levels like H-4 and E-3, ensuring complete compliance and secure destruction of sensitive data.

Customizable Configurations

• 3.5" and 2.5" HDD shredding only
• HDD + SSD combo shredding (2.5", U.2/U.3 SSDs)
• HDD + SSD + small media shredding, including:
  • M.2 NVMe / SATA SSDs
  • USB flash drives
  • Memory cards
  • Cell phones, DVDs, backup tapes, and other e-waste

The XpressS20 is equipped with dual cutting chambers and independent infeed chutes, supporting:

• SSD shredding to 3/8" (10mm) particle size
• HDD shredding to 1.5" (40mm) with optional 1" (25mm) and 3/4" (20mm) configurations on the PRO model

Note: All batteries must be removed prior to shredding.

Engineering & Build

Made in the USA, the XpressS20 Series features a slow-speed, high-torque dual-shaft system, delivering powerful destruction with minimal noise and vibration. The infeed is 20" wide and configurable to support dual entry points—for example:

• 14" side: for MacBooks/laptops, PCBs, E-Waste, hard drives
• 6" side: for flash media, NVMe SSDs, and 2.5" SSDs

The system includes a discharge conveyor for seamless output and is suitable for both stationary installation and mobile truck integration.
