The AMS150HDD-SSD and AMS300HDD-SSD shredders will shred SSD's, cell phones, memory cards, circuit boards & thumb drive to 10mm (3/8") wide particles. This small shred size is required to destroy all of the memory chips that SSD's use to store data. All batteries must be removed prior to shredding.

The HDD-SSD Shredders will shred hard drives as well as backup tapes, DVD's, cell phones and assorted e-waste to 20mm (3/4") or 40mm (1.5") wide particles. These shredders may be stationary or placed in trucks for mobile hard drive shredding.

The AMS150HDD-SSD-F and AMS300HDD-SSD-F should be fed one hard drive at a time, so let the chamber clear before feeding another. The spring-loaded infeed slot is five inches wide and two inches high. A discharge bin is standard but a modular output conveyor can be added for an upcharge. We also offer conveyor prep so you can order an output conveyor separately at any time in the future.

Requirements

• Single phase power is only available on the AMS150HDD-SSD models
• 120v requires a dedicated 20 amp circuit & reduces throughput by approximately 10%
• 20mm (3/4") shred width requires 3 phase power.
