FX2260 Forensic & IT Multi-Interface Drive Cloning, 2 Port NIST 800-88 & DoD Wiping Appliance
The FX2260 is much more than a multi-interface all-in-one drive cloning system. As an all round machine, it erases, resizes, diagnoses, and images forensically on a professional level, as well getting all critical jobs done just in an all-in-one unit.
Multi-Interface ready
High performance default native 2 ports interface support for SATA 6G, and high speed USB 3.0 In addition, FX2260 allows for high speed connections to SCSI (50, 68 and 80 pins), SAS, Fibre Channel (FC), IDE/ATA/UDMA, M.2 NVMe, M.2 SATA, U.2 NVMe and mSATA.
Forensic Imaging
DD Create, E01 Create, Ex01 Create, DD Hash, E01 Hash, Ex01 Hash, Format FAT32, Format ExFAT, Format NTFS, Restore image to HDD, Mount master to HDD, Mount target to HDD.
Latest M.2 and U.2 Support
FX2260 has capabilities for connection of M.2 NVMe/SATA and U.2 NVMe devices. Proprietary Quick Loader plug-in jig ensures quick yet smooth loading and unloading of the device without damaging any parts.
Mapping Copy makes copy even quicker
Copying the same master over and over? MAP COPY feature utilizes the saved master drive data information for making multiple copies most efficiently.
NIST 800.88 Standards Compliant
FX2260 sanitizes drives with a method in compliant with NIST 800.88 standards if the drive is compatible with this method of sanitization.
Data Recovery Copy Modes
ERROR SKIP COPY and REVERSE COPY are must-have tools to retrieve as much data as possible from a drive with issues. Error Skip Copy skips a weak sector and continues duplication on. Reverse Copy allows for better chances to salvage data from a hard-to-read drive by copying backward from the ending sector. ADVANCED REVERSE SKIP COPY is even more powerful for this task.
Cross-Interface Copy
this helps backing-up or upgrading old to new, phasing-out drives to new technology among various interface types. For example, backing up data from SCSI to SATA, or Fibre Channel to SATA.
Use Device As External Drive
Drive connected to FX2260 can be mounted as an external master or target drive to PC via Ethernet connection. Master drive is write-protected for access without risking data integrity.
Safeguarding Data Against Unintended Overwrite
It is tragic experience when critical data is overwritten unintentionally by mistake! When the master drive is connected in a target drive position or the target drive still contains data, FX2260 proactively checks before proceeding overwrite and warns the user that the data exists.
Increase Power With Software
Optional software adds advantages furthermore in using FX2260. It executes a script remotely and creates log files, work reports and CSV database and save them in PC. Sold separately.
Number of HDDs to be connected
1:1, 2 for deletion and diagnostics
High-speed data transfer
Provides high-speed data transfer at 60GB/minute (actual test with SSD). Varies according to performance of connected storage
