High Performance Flash Memory and Solid State Drive (SSD) Shredders

The ASC dual stage Solid State Drive shredders will disintegrate SSD’s, memory cards, thumb drives, circuit boards, and other solid state drive devices to 2mm, 4mm and 6mm size particles. These destruction systems use a 2 horsepower pre-shredder with 10 mm cutters that discharges into a 3 horsepower shredder that then reduces the size to 2 mm, 4mm or 6mm particle size as per model. 

These Solid State Drive shredders shred up to 40 SSD’s an hour with 6mm particle size, 30 SSD’s an hour with 4mm particle size and 20 SSD’s an hour with 2mm particle size. They include a sound absorbing lining that results in an 85-decibel noise level on average. 

It is mandatory that you remove all batteries before the shredding process starts. All dual stage ASC SSD shredders include a 1.5 horsepower dual filtration HEPA cyclone dust collector (with a capacity of over 100 litres), infeed conveyor, discharge bin, and a one-year warranty.

We require a three phase electrical circuit to operate these shredders. You can operate the shredders in a fixed location or you can install them in a truck for mobile SSD shredding.
